What You'll Do
- Manage water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects
- Lead project teams through planning, design, and project delivery
- Manage project schedules, budgets, invoicing, and client communication
- Prepare and review engineering plans, calculations, and permit documents
- Develop proposals and qualifications packages
- Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients and industry partners
- Participate in business development and professional organizations
- Mentor engineers and support the growth of project teams
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Experience managing municipal water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional client service
